Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders over R800 (retail) and R3500 (wholesale) qualify for free standard shipping (domestic only)
- Express shipping rates are not eligible for free shipping promotions
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in the email or by logging into your account on our website.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally.
Shipping Restrictions

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at Vape Crusher within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
